Christine brings over 10 years experience in the industry completing her training at the Aveda institute in Victoria, BC. Using natural ingredients was and is still, an important part of her concept. Today she chooses the Davines line of color and products to enhance your hair’s health. She has a family with one sweet boy and one sweet girl. She’s called the Okanagan home since she was a young girl and has no plans to leave. Opening Mazaya was a pivotal moment in her life with many emotions attached. Kim Henderson brings over 20 years of hairdressing experience. Her career behind the chair began in her home town of Vancouver, BC at Banzai Hair Studio where she completed her apprenticeship program. Here she trained under some of Vancouvers most elite stylists at the time. From there she went on to refine her skills through her education at Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles. She has continued to stay current with education through L’Oreal professional and is inspired by other professionals in the industry. “After 20 years behind the chair I’ve learned that Hair is about a visual connection to your inner self.”

Vicki began her hair styling career in 2000. Her background education is in Redken color and cutting techniques. She loves working with curly hair as well as short and textured styles. Vicki believes the key to a successful visit starts with an open and honest consultation, really listening and respecting her clients expectation and vision. "Over the years I have truly enjoyed meeting new clients and building long term relationships where we continually work together creating great looks that leave them feeling confident and revitalized."

Breezy had a interest for hairstyling at a young age. Born and raised in Vernon, she graduated high school with her Dual Dogwood and her Cosmotology Certification.

She worked alongside many master stylists learning and perfecting her craft. With 9 years of experience, she offers a range of specialty services that requires attentive skills; including mens fades, curly hair, updos and everything in between.

Her passion is color, specifically blonding and vivid colors. She has a strong understanding how to do so while keeping the hair healthy.

She enjoys teaching how to style your hair at home that suits your lifestyle.

She charges appointments on a time basis- a great option for any budget.

Kristine Erlendson has a true passion for doing hair and has been a professional stylist moving on 25 years. She absolutely loves what she does. With training all over the world Kristine has been trained learning several different techniques when it comes to coloring and cutting. She particularly loved being a salon owner in the heart of Vancouver working with the Aveda artistic team early on in her career. She is sure to stay updated on the most up to date trends through constant education. She thrives when creating new looks for her clients by creating long lasting colors and cuts. She likes to help people renew themselves to their best physical state. She specializes in updos & holds a waxing certification. She offers services to both men & women because everyone wants to be beautiful! She enjoys cutting, coloring, & high-lighting.
